I really like Richard Learoyd's photography. His process is basically a large camera obscura. He has a sitting room and a development room next to one another with a lens built into the wall. He exposes light sensitive paper to make a one of a kind ilfachrome print. The end result is a large, detailed photograph, usually about 4 to 6 feet. Look him up.
